March 14, 2024 - MCOG invites proposals for professional services to prepare the Noyo Harbor Multimodal Circulation Plan. Proposals are due April 12, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

This project will provide a comprehensive study of multimodal access into and through the Noyo Harbor as well as possible implementation of transit access in the harbor. It will look at the feasibility of transitioning traffic through the harbor to one-way, creating a second public egress in the event of emergencies, and constructing a roundabout (or other intersection control) at the intersection on North Harbor Drive and State Route 1 (Main Street).  Robust community and stakeholder engagement is planned for this study, through in-person and virtual meeting/workshops, and an online public engagement platform.
